EMC Homes built a ranch plan for my husband and me in the Quail Forest Community in Toccoa, Ga. We closed in September of 2024 and have been living in the house for a year. The plan we chose is a great open concept plan and we selected many upgrades to customize the plan. The sales agents did a fantastic job in assisting with design selections. We have experienced no warranty issues and are very satisfied with the quality of construction. The builder did a great job throughout the community, as all of the homes are pleasing to the eye and all are well maintained. Quail Forest is by far the best looking community in this area.

We have been in our home for about 10 months. EMC Homes did a good job building our house. Here are several things that set them apart from other builders:
They did a good job getting the house on the lot correctly
They used PEX plumbing and high quality Moen fixtures
They installed an 80 gal water heater
They installed a Square “D” electrical panel and the wiring was very organized
The house is well insulated and inspected by Jackson EMC Electric.
The Rheem HVAC equipment, along with the tight house, has resulted in power bills that were much lower than our old house.

EMC Homes built a house for my mother in the Shores at Lyncliff subdivision in Gainesville. Wade Riley was a pleasure to work with. They were very transparent and informative through out the entire process. We closed in July 2024 and Wade has personally addressed any issue or concern my mother has had. Highly recommend this builder for a smooth process and after sale care.
